We use this information for such purposes as personalizing the site to better reflect particular interests, tracking your orders, and helping us quickly and efficiently respond to inquiries and requests and otherwise enhancing our service offering for our customers.

Further, we are unable to modify information in the records of any third party who has been provided with this information in accordance with this Privacy policy.

Disclosure of personal information

In an effort to serve you better, improve your online experiences and protect ourselves and others, we may share personally identifiable information, in a reasonable manner as described below. In our sole discretion, we may sell, share or disclose any information about you that is not considered to be personally identifiable information.

PadInMotion urges you to delete any personally identifiable information prior to returning the iPad at the end of your rental period. Erasing any personally identifiable information at the end of the rental period is exclusively your responsibility and not in any way the responsibility of PadInMotion. AS CONCERNS DATA THAT IS EITHER INTENTIONALLY OR UNINTENTIONALLY LEFT ON THE iPAD AT THE END OF THE RENTAL PERIOD, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT IN NO EVENT WILL PADINMOTION OR ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF REVENUES, PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF SUCH PARTIES WERE ADVISED OF, KNEW OF OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY), REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT LIABILITY), WARRANTY, STATUTE OR OTHERWISE. YOU ALSO EXPRESSLY AGREE TO IMMEDIATELY DELETE ANY PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION THAT MAY BELONG TO A PREVIOUS RENTER OF THE DEVICE.

We may release personally identifiable information to third parties (i) to protect against or investigate fraud or other potentially harmful or illegal activities; (ii) if we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law; (iii) if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to establish or exercise legal rights; or (iv) to defend against claims or in situations involving potential threats to physical safety.

In the event that PadInMotion is acquired by or merged with a third party, we reserve the right, to disclose, sell or otherwise transfer all personally identifiable information we have collected as part of or in connection with that transaction.

Other than as described above, with your consent, we may also share personally identifiable information about you with third parties. Once we share personally identifiable information with your consent to a third party, the use and protection of that information by the third party will no longer be subject to this Privacy Policy.

PadInMotion may change this privacy policy from time to time. If you object to any such changes, your sole recourse shall be to cease using the PadInMotion web site. This Site is controlled and operated by PadInMotion from its offices in the United States of America.
